How It Works
A simple, structured workflow from order to final delivery.
Place your order
Choose your package and complete payment. After payment, submit the project brief and downloadable links for your approved artwork or source stills, title information, platform requirements and references.
Review and approve revisions
You will receive an initial presentation within the stated timeframe. Each revision round requires one consolidated set of feedback and refines the supplied or selected direction rather than introducing a new brief.
Final delivery
Once approved, you will receive the JPEG or PNG movie-artwork files listed in your package. Filmhub acceptance remains subject to its own review.
Common Filmhub artwork problems
Issues we can review and correct
My poster does not fit Filmhub's required formats
We can adapt the existing design into the required Filmhub artwork formats while protecting the title, faces and central composition.
My title becomes unreadable at thumbnail size
We adjust title scale, contrast and crop choices so the artwork stays legible in smaller browsing contexts.
I only have a vertical poster
We can create horizontal banner and thumbnail versions from the strongest available artwork or source materials.
My artwork is too low resolution
We review the available files and advise whether they can be prepared professionally or whether new source material is needed.
I need a new horizontal banner
We build format-specific banner artwork rather than simply stretching or cropping the poster.
My current poster looks weak on streaming platforms
We can improve hierarchy, contrast and readability so the title presents more clearly in Filmhub and storefront contexts.
I only have film stills, not a finished poster
Artwork Creation can begin from suitable stills, photography and a complete brief to develop one streaming-first key-art direction and the included Filmhub movie deliverables.
My artwork was rejected or needs revision
We can review and correct common artwork issues based on the information you provide. Final acceptance remains subject to Filmhub review.

Filmhub graphics in detail
A closer look at the process, deliverables, source materials, and practical details before you order. Why Filmhub Graphics Matter
Filmhub and other streaming platforms use artwork as one of the main ways viewers discover a film. Key art appears in search results, category rows, recommendations, and promotional placements. If the graphics do not meet platform specifications, the submission can be rejected or delayed.
Even compliant graphics can underperform if they are too busy, hard to read at small sizes, or cropped badly across ratios. Filmhub-compatible artwork creation prepares the film for the places viewers will actually see it.
San Roku Ku is an independent creative studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Filmhub. The Filmhub name is used solely to describe compatibility with the platform's artwork requirements.
Streaming Platform Artwork Requirements Explained
Filmhub currently requires three artwork formats for a movie title: portrait 2:3 at 1400×2100, portrait 3:4 at 1575×2100, and landscape 16:9 at 1920×1080. It also recommends additional ratios that can support wider channel delivery. Requirements may change, so the package applies to the formats listed when the order is accepted.
Common requirements include minimum resolution, safe zones for text and faces, and limits on logos, laurels, review quotes, billing blocks, or other overlays. Review our independently prepared Filmhub artwork requirements and QC guide for current sizes, safe zones, and links to Filmhub's official documentation.
Artwork Adaptation prepares approved key art in the three listed required movie formats. Artwork Creation develops one streaming-first direction and includes the listed required and recommended movie formats. Filmhub independently reviews every submission, so neither package guarantees acceptance.
Key Art, Thumbnails, and Banners for Filmhub Distribution
Vertical key art is a primary browsing image, while landscape and square artwork may appear in different platform contexts. Each ratio needs a considered composition: a strong vertical poster does not automatically make a readable landscape image or thumbnail.
We prepare the purchased formats for their intended dimensions rather than stretching one file or applying an identical automated crop. Important faces, title typography, contrast and Filmhub's published safe zones are reviewed for each composition.
Each order covers one movie title. Series, season, episode and other platform-specific artwork outside the listed movie formats requires a separate quote.
From Poster to Platform-Ready Graphics
The most efficient approach is to design your poster with streaming requirements in mind from the beginning. Our film poster design process places key visual elements strategically, keeps typography readable at different sizes, and creates compositions that can adapt to multiple aspect ratios.
If you already have approved key art, Artwork Adaptation prepares the three currently required Filmhub movie formats: 2:3, 3:4, and 16:9. Recommended additional ratios are available through the Expanded Filmhub Format Set. We handle cropping, resizing, colour correction, and format-specific adjustments within the supplied direction. When a campaign needs a new streaming-first direction, Artwork Creation develops one original key-art direction before producing its listed format set.
For filmmakers preparing their film for distribution, we recommend reviewing our submit your film guide alongside ordering graphics. Platform specifications can change, and final acceptance remains subject to Filmhub's review.
